Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing. Contact us via WhatsApp to request a cancellation.

Returns

We don't accept change-of-mind returns. A return is accepted only if your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong product.

Contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, with:

• your order number
• clear photos or a video showing the issue
• photos of the packaging, where relevant

If we approve the return, Rubab covers the return shipping and sends a replacement or issues a refund, as appropriate.

Returns are not accepted for:

• change of mind
• a colour selected incorrectly when ordering
• a length selected incorrectly when ordering
• products that have been used, washed, cut, altered or stitched after delivery
• damage caused after delivery

Refunds

Where an approved return is refunded, the refund is processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item reaches us, to the original payment method.
