Use of the Website
By browsing or ordering from this website you agree to these terms. The site is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content for resale. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the site means you accept the version in force at that time.
Orders and Payments
Orders are placed and paid for on this website. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (Razorpay Payment Solutions Pvt. Ltd.), a third-party payment gateway authorised by the Reserve Bank of India, letting you pay by UPI, credit or debit card, net-banking, or wallet. Your payment is handled entirely within Razorpay's secure checkout — we never see or store your card number, CVV, or UPI PIN. An order is confirmed only once Razorpay confirms the payment to us. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Shipping charges and delivery timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred, in which case any amount already paid is refunded in full.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Contact us on WhatsApp to request a cancellation. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, and the return policy below applies instead.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with any tags intact. Return shipping is covered by Rubab for defective or incorrect items; the customer bears the cost for change-of-mind returns. Start a return on WhatsApp.
Refunds and Payment Disputes
Once a returned item reaches us and passes inspection, we initiate the refund through Razorpay to your original payment method within 5–7 business days; the same applies to any order we cancel or decline. Once initiated, the time your bank, card issuer, or UPI provider takes to credit the amount is outside our control. If you believe a payment was charged in error, contact us first — any chargeback or payment dispute is handled through Razorpay's dispute process.
Intellectual Property
The Rubab name, logo, product photography, written copy, and site design are the property of Rubab and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Punjab, India.
