Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹999. Orders of ₹999 or more ship free. The applicable charge is always shown in your order summary before you place the order.
Where We Ship
We currently ship across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Dispatch and Delivery Times
Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment being confirmed. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location — metro cities are usually at the faster end, remote pin codes at the slower end. These are estimates, not guarantees; courier delays, weather, and festival volumes can occasionally add time.
Order Updates
We confirm your order and share dispatch updates on WhatsApp. If tracking is available from the courier, we share the tracking details there as well.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout. If a delivery fails because the address was incomplete or the courier could not reach you, we will contact you to arrange a re-attempt; any re-shipping cost for such cases is borne by the customer.
